Going Solar? The investment tax credit (ITC), also known as the federal solar tax credit, allows you to deduct 26 percent of the cost of installing a solar energy system from your federal taxes. The ITC applies to both residential and commercial systems, and there is no cap on its value. The average EnergySage Solar Marketplace shopper saves nearly $9,000 on the cost of going solar as a result of the ITC.

After listening to the news recently, the newscasters are all asking the same question, "what do you think of the President only paying $750 in federal income tax?"

Well #CNBC #NPR #CBS #WCYB #FOX #CNN I think that the president has a complicated tax return and of course he had great tax planning. Remember, W-2 earners collect a check for their work and pay tax for their lack of risk. Business people take risks, they work smarter not harder, and they follow the law. Remember that? The law. The tax law.
Title 26—Internal Revenue Code.
